Refund policy

At TM Beauty & Cosmetics, customer satisfaction is important to us.

Due to the nature of our products, wigs and hair products may not be returned or exchanged if they have been worn, altered, washed, brushed, cut, dyed, or removed from their original packaging.

Returns are only accepted if:

• The incorrect item was received.
• The product arrived damaged.
• The item has a manufacturing defect.

To request a return, contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and your order number.

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
